Here is what you get from us that other competitors don't provide:

2) No hidden costs and no unnecessary items included. All quotes and invoices reflect what you asked for and need. We won't try and oversell you or leave out items to get the sale and put them in at the time of the delivery.
3) We provide the best and most robust hand held on the market with the most feature laden applications. You won't have to modify the way you do business to fit our systems, we will adapt to fit yours.
4) All of our Windows based PC systems come complete with source code so that they can be maintained easily after the installation, to allow for enhancements and problem correction, and even for user modification if they so choose. Microsoft Access is our platform. It is easy to learn and to modify and there will surely be someone close by you to provide assistance in the future if you should so choose to have the work done elsewhere.
5) The first year's support is included (through the end of the current calendar year or the end of the next calendar year if you bought the system in October or later). That means you get 4 to 15 month's worth of support after the sale in the purchase price. Most of our competitors only provide 90 days.
6) You don't have to pay for a maintenance agreement on the hardware if you don't feel that you want one. These are available from us or directly from our suppliers at any time that you should so choose.
7) All of our hand held and PC systems come with a 1 year warranty as well as all of the hardware that we sell. We stand behind our products and so do our suppliers. You have a major investment in this and you need to be sure that we will be there to support it down the road.
8) We continuously update our systems to keep them on the forefront of the market. You won't find another supplier with as many features or as enhanced as our systems are.
9) We strive to provide the best service in the market. Sometimes this is not always easy but with on-line tools and regional offices it is easier than what is available from some of our competitors. Using Logmein.Com we can update your PC systems, provide on-line training, and can fix most problems without having to come to your office. (DSL, Cable Modem, Satellite or Verizon cell phone modem is needed for this).
10) We will support every hand held for at least five (5) years after the model is discontinued by the manufacturer and will never sell any unit that we have been notified in advance is being discontinued without notifying you, our customer, in advance.
11) We guarantee you will receive support within 2 hours of your call and you will receive the quality level of support that you expect. You can get support from any of our existing 3 offices and more will be added in the near future to provide the most localized support available. We strive to provide Support Second to None in this industry. No one else can provide anyone closer to you than our company can. More offices mean more places to get help when you need it. More offices mean we are only a short distance away if you need it.
12) We strive to keep our prices down to make our systems affordable to you. Our overhead is low and you get more for your money from us. Most of our PC systems are 50% to 75% of the cost of similar systems from our competitors and these systems are everybit as feature laden as theirs. Where possible we will also customize the system to meet your needs at no extra cost.
13) We will import data from an existing system that you may have if it is possible. There is a cost for this but we don't want you to loose full functionality by having to maintain information in two systems until logs or lumber is sold.
14) Our support contracts are the cheapest in the industry and are based solely on our experience dealing with your company. The less help you need the less it costs the next year.
