Timber & Transportations Systems Trial Policy

Normally, we do not send out systems for evaluation purposes.  We do make exceptions if you come recommended by one of our existing customers who has one of our units, and if we can find information on your company on the internet.  Normally, you need to have a web site we can find to verify your company and location if it becomes necessary to get our unit back.

If a trial unit is made available to you, normally, you will be sent out a brand new unit for a 15-day evaluation.  You are entitled to all training necessary to learn how to use this new system.  At the end of the evaluation period, you may send us a check for the amount we agreed upon before the evaluation began, or return the unit to us in like new condition.

Please note:  The application you requested loaded on your unit is a trial system, which means that it will only run for 30 days from the date we mail it out.  At the end of the trial period, you will be asked for a password to activate the permanent version of the system.  You can be assured that the system you will use during the trial is fully functional, and there are no limitations in functionality and no TTS advertising on the bottom of printed reports.

In some instances, we may require a deposit for special hardware that we have to order for the trial, ie., unusual configurations of the various handheld unit models.  Only one unit can be used in a trial, though multiple applications might be loaded for your testing purposes.
