In the Download section, you can get literature, brochures, samples, quick reference cards, and users manuals. In the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section, there are answers to common handheld problems and on support and warranty issues.  They are nicely categorized, so that you can get the information that you need without spending a lot of time looking around for it.

If you can't find the answer you need, click here to Contact Us and request the information.  Your question might be the same as what dozens of others might have already had, so we will email you a response and post the response in the FAQ section for others to benefit as well.  

If you can't get an answer quickly from us and it isn't in the FAQ section you can log in and go to our Forum where you can pose questions and we, or another user, can post a response. This will be a way that customers can interact with other customers.  This will ensure, given the worst catastrophe imaginable, that there will be a person similar to you out there that might have the answer you need.  Typically, Forums weren't designed to be used by companies with only a couple hundred users, but this year we are going to change that.
