Interesting 2006 Facts
36.9% of all new users were previous users of Forestry Systems. None of our existing users converted from our hand held or PC systems to Forestry Systems in 2006.
Almost 30% of all our new users are referrals from existing users.
Three companies, out of more than 85 new users in 2005 and 2006, returned their purchased system for a refund within the first 30 days (3.53%). All received a 100% refund within 30 days of their return of their equipment. One of these found a system that they liked better or was better suited to their needs, one system wasn't what the customer wanted, and the last company couldn't afford the system that they purchased. An astounding 100% satisfaction rate in dealing with our company, whether the system was purchased or not.
We lost only 3 of 205 (about 1.46%) active customers in the past 12 months to another company. We strive to make you a customer for life. We intend to treat you like royalty.
