2012 Invoices
It is that time again. On 12/5/2011 invoices were mailed out to our customers covering phone support for the 2012 calendar year. If you are a relatively new customer this may be your first invoice for support, The method of determining the cost of support was determined based on the amount of support you used in 2011, the anticipated amount we expecct you will need in 2012 and the number of locations, personnel, handheld units and PC systems you are currently using.
This year the minimum support amount is $100 but the average is between $250 and $350. High volume and larger users can expect invoices in the range of $500 - $1,000,
Your invoices are due to be paid by 12/31/2011 so that it is paid at the start of the period that the invoice covers,. It is our policy to provide for a single phone call of 5 minutes or less in January is you haven't yet paid for your support contract. After that you must be under a support contract before support will be provided.
In early January if you haven't yet paid your support contract you will be sent a 2nd reminder notice along with a duplicate copy of your initial invoice. If it isn't paid by the end of January the December invoice will be cancelled. To get support after that point you will have to buy a support contract on-line at our store. There are packages available of $100 - $150 for short term support but these packages are not cost effective if you need frequent support.
Help us out by getting your support money in by years end, That way we can staff our 2 offices with the necessary personnel to always be there to help you when you need it,
