Store is Now Open

Our new embedded store is now open on our site, it opened Tuesday March 1st.  Eventhough our old store, www.timbersysstore.com is still open we recommend that you make use of this new store for all of your purchases.

To access our store simply click the Store button at the top of the page (between Support and Links).  After accessing the store page click Catalog for a listing of the categories underwhich the products will appear.  You may also search using the Catalog at the side of the page.  Do which ever is easiest for you.

As you select a category the products are listed in alphabetical order.  There is a picture of each product, a Product Name, a Short Description, a Quantity wanted button and an Add to Cart button.  To get a more descriptive presentation of the product simply click on the product picture or on the product name.  Using either method you will then be shown the one product on a page with a broader description.  You may add this item to the cart, quanity of 1 is the default, by clicking the Add to Cart button.

If need be you can continue shopping or go directly to check out.

You have 3 payment options:  (1) credit card through Pay Pal, (2) company check sent in advance of shipment, (3) terms of net 15 days for current customers with a support contract and in good standing.  Non-customers must use options (1) or (2) but we advise paying by credit card through Pay Pal since your check has to be cleared prior to shipment for non-customers.  For customers without a support contract we will ship upon receipt of your check if you should use that option.

If there are items on the store that are missing then let us know so that we can add them.  Also not any errors in pictures, pricing (extra $0), out of line shipping costs, and shipping types that are not currently showing up.
