Why Log In?

This log in section allows customers / users to log into our system.  Once logged in and based on their access settings, they will have access to information that is not normally available to other people that access our site.  Many pages are protected and not viewable unless you are logged in, even if you are a customer returning to our site.

All customers should register on our site and should log in each time they come to the site.  Prospects and people just wanting access to information in our forum section should register as well.  Newly registered users don't get access immediately.  Current customers will be ensured of access within 24 hours of registration.  Prospects and forum users will get access within 48 hours.

The  following sections are only for registered users and registered customers:

  • Forum - Topics and Posts.  You will be able to interact with people just like yourself.  You can post a question and someone who knows the answer can send you a response.
  • You can Request On-site Visits using our calendar of events.  If you see we are going to be in your area and want us to stop by to chat, to upgrade your system, to install a new application, etc., you can do it.
  • Store Access - By the end of February our separate store will be incorporated into our web site and it will be necessary to log in before you can but from our store.  You will be free to browse but you can't buy without logging in.

The  following sections are only for registered customers:

  • Downloading Users Manuals and Quick Reference Cards from our Support / Downloads page.
  • Training Videos on all of our handheld systems.  Here, those of you who have just purchased one of our systems, can go through a step-by-step process to learn how to use your new system.  These videos will also be available to customers who already have our systems.
  • If you need Upgrades to one of our systems, you can download it here.  The entire system or only selected functions can be downloaded.
  • As stated above, you can access our Forum and Request On-site Visits using our calendar of events.
