Is it Worth While Calling After Looking at our Site?

Our new web site has now been up for 17 days, and we have had 102 (126 now in 19 days - 1/20) different companies access our site and that covers most all of the hardwood states and a few far western pine states.  The second week was much better than the first and the third week is shaping up to be better than the second.  We are quite encouraged that there are so many out there looking, especially in this economy.  Of these 102 different visitors, about 15 spent more than 5 minutes out there looking for something; and a half dozen or so have come back more than once.  That is a long time to hold someone's attention.

Of those 15 seriously looking, only 3 have contacted us, and that is a little discouraging, especially when an the other 12 spent a good deal of time on our site.  What is missing from our site that you are looking for that isn't there?  It can't be a pricing issue since our site doesn't give any pricing information.  Should there be?  Every situation is different, so we can't know how to put together packages on every type of potential purchase request.  There are also lots of factors, including your location, whether or not you want an on-site install or simply a mail out one, and on your experience level with handheld units in the past.  All of these things would affect a price you will be quoted.

We know you are still looking, or maybe I should say starting to look.  We understand you will want to compare us with others that carry the same systems, but until you get a quote from all of your possible suppliers you can't make the final decision, at least a truly informed one.

If you are seriously looking, you can't get all of the information reading through the various articles on this site.  You have to take the step to call, to talk to someone who is in your business, and to really determine the cost benefit of any purchase you are going to make.  That final step is probably a little scarry since you want to remain annonymous until you are ready, but we know you can do it.
