Handling Fees

Effective 10/01/2011 all phone orders under $100 will be assessed a $7.00 handling fee.  We hope this will encourage our customers who need to buy low cost accessories (cables, adapters, batteries, etc.) to buy those items on our store.

Buying on our store is easy.  It takes us less time and we can process those orders when we have time without interrupting other work in progress and we get paid immediately before the items are actually shipped.  This way we don't have to issue invoices, pay for postage mailing out the invoice and following up on why the invoice was not  paid as requested.

Though we pay a fee of 3.5% for the PayPal service it is well worth the savings in time and making sure that the items are going to be paid for.

Please respect this decision since it is necessary under the tough economic times that we are currently going through and small orders, on which we make next to nothing, are currently unprofitable to us but we want to service you, our customers, and make sure that you get what you need to keep your systems operational.
