2011 Accessory Purchases

Dear Customers,

This blog is to notify you that accessory purchases for 2011 must be made on-line.  Our store is up and running at www.timbersysstore.com and the items listed are the normal items that would be bought occasionally for all models of handheld units that we carry.  The prices shown include S/H.  Most items are shipped out Priority Mail unless noted otherwise (normally very inexpensive flat nonbreakable items).  Those items not sent out priority mail are sent out 1st class mail.

We may make an exception to the rule of ordering on-line if you don't have access to the internet or if you are away from your office.  There wil, however, be a $5.00 processing fee tacked on to these orders above the internet store stated price regardless of the cost of the item.  This fee covers the cost of generating, mailing and collecting on invoices sent out.  Note:  If you are not under a support contract then this option of ordering by phone is not available to you.

The requirement of buying on-line was necessitated by a few customers who in the past year ordered an item one day, changed their mind and ordered another item another day, and then cancelled the order another day.  Some other customers also decided not to pay for the items received or waited up to 60 days to pay for them.  I am sorry, we can't do business this way, so for the great proportion of you that bought an paid promptly you are being penalized by the few.
